- Have points on their licenses and wish to have 3 removed.

- Received a ticket (in Virginia for example) and who have been given the opportunity by a judge to take a state certified driving class to have their ticket reduced or dismissed. 

- Have a suspended drivers and are required to take the class for reinstatement (Ohio, Maryland, for example) of their driving privileges.

- Persons whose insurance companies recognize a driver education course for a premium discount. 

(it is the driver’s responsibility to check with their agent to verify that they qualify for the driver education discount).

- People over 55 who are insured in West Virginia.

- Junior drivers (GDL license holders) who get a ticket and are required by the DMV to attend driver education.

- Persons whose companies or organizations require them to attend the class as a condition of employment.

- Children whose parents want them to learn the most current defensive driving techniques and motor vehicle laws.

- Anyone who desires to improve their driving skills and knowledge to protect against collisions and citations.
