We recommend this training be taken in 3 session of 5 hours each, preferably on separate days.
In session one, we cover unarmed response. We discuss what statistics show to be our most common threats. We look at pre-assault indicators, emergency medical concepts and various security concepts including hands on defense against edged weapons and firearms/active shooters and the legal use of deadly force. Students can participate at their own fitness level. Safety is number one.
Session two covers firearms safety, shooting fundamentals, dry fire and the use of cover. We then headed to the range for live fire training. The training is safe and fun and in a very short time you'll see significant improvement in our beginning and ending shooting test.
Session three is bringing it all together and applying what was learned in realist scenarios.
