Self Defense Simplified
In this class you will learn self-defense skills to deal with criminal violence. You’ll develop real world skills that are simple and enable you to adapt to situations you may encounter in today’s society.
You’ll learn defense against one or more larger opponents, defense against a surprise attack and defense against and use of modern weapons. You will also learn the legal aspects of the use of force.
Develop functional fighting skills in all ranges of armed and unarmed combat right here in Parkersburg, WV.
This is a stand alone class held at Parkersburg Martial Arts Center on Thursday's from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
